Pragati is into softskill training since 2013, trained nearly thousands of professionals on corporate softskills. She has a very exclusive client list who have benefited from her interventions from CEO’s and Leaders, to Top, Middle to junior level Management employees. Her only approach is simplicity and progress. According to her, most organizations in India need a thorough training in social behaviour, corporate finesse and etiquettes. Training people for success gives her tremendous satisfaction. She has a natural instinct about things that work well for people.

       She has a pleasing, multi-talented personality. She is passionate about disseminating her knowledge about softskills, etiquettes, and life skills. She constantly strives to ensure that her clients grow personally and professionally. Born and brought up in middle class family, she has been always keen towards learning new things from childhood, and was one of the bright students throughout. On extracurricular front, she is a good dancer, good anchor, loves sketching and chess. She has been constantly fascinated by the domains of communication and presentation skills right from her childhood. She has won numerous competitions at school, college, state, and national level. She holds a brown belt in karate and has won many competitions. With her style and skills she was crowned “Craftsvilla Miss Ethnic 2015 - state runner up”. She continues to pursue her passion of dance and is currently learning Katthak.

       She completed her graduation- BE in Computer Science & engineering and post-graduation in management- MBA in HR & systems. With keen interest in helping students learn and get better, she took up teaching and worked as lecturer at DKTE’s Textile and Engineering College, Ichalkaranji. With her diverse skill set and learning from the field of human resources, she later moved on to become an HR executive at AsterAadhar Hospital, Kolhapur. She kept on learning and grooming herself during her job. After realising the need and her interest in softskill, she started to work as an independent softskills trainer from 2013. This laid the foundation of Easystreet Institute. Since then she has never looked back and continuously strives to help people to grow personally and professionally. She keeps herself updated with the recent industry trends. She has attended “Train the trainer program” and she is a certified life coach and has keen interest in providing trainings for softskills, etiquettes, and life skills at individual and corporate level. She has conducted different seminars and webinars for schools, colleges, hospitals, and other smaller industries.
